You can join one of the following groups:
1. Flamingo 🦩 Group supports new members who prefer communicating in English
2. Caterpillar 🐛 Group supports new members who prefer communicating in Arabic.
If you wish to join any of Lolita's groups, please read the group rules carefully and fill out the application
Lolita Group Rules Regulations

1. Payment confirmation should be sent to Lolita via WhatsApp only.

2. Weight ⏲ should be submitted on the link and the date specified on the Diet Group after each diet
\
3. When choosing to join the group for Health Care (Health Club), this reflects the member’s desire not to receive any follow-up from Lolita or The Co-diet.

The member will not be asked and should not submit her weight at all
\
4. When asking a question on Lolita’s Lounge, the question should precede this sign 🚩
\
5. It is not allowed to send questions to Lolita or Co-diets in private unless it is a personal question related to the member herself, not her relatives, husband, children... Etc.

6. It is not allowed to call📲 the co-diet unless it's an emergency
\
7. If the weight is not submitted on the day specified for two diets in a row, the member will be removed from the Diet Group (only) for one week; if the member is removed from the diet group twice in a row, she will be permanently removed from the group
\
8. If the member requests to leave the group after joining, she is not entitled to a refund.

9. Please do not send photos, videos, or any documentary messages, whether religious, political, or educational, to preserve the group's identity Writing is the only means of communication within the group; sending voice notes is not allowed

10.🚫There are no alternatives in Lolita’s Diet plan because it depends primarily on changing your eating habits and lifestyle.

“Please adhere to the diet and follow the instructions contained in it fully until you fully benefit from it”
In case of non-compliance with the instructions, a first warning is issued to exit the group , and if a second is repeated, the subscription is cancelled from the activated rhubarb.
“The subscriber is not entitled to a refund for the subscription”

📴 Friday is an official day off for the group admin and the Co-diets
